The Commentary that is full of detail and academically researched yet practically-oriented on the German Civil Code (BGB) regulations on travel contract law (§§ 651 a - 651 m) is provided on the relevant stipulations for travel contract law and on the regulations of the information provision obligation and evidence provision obligation in Civil Law (§§ 4-11 and 15 BGB-InfoV) and the EC-Package Holiday Guidelines. The revised edition considers the amendments to travel contract law through the Second Amendment Law on travel contract law related regulations and the law of obligations modernisation. The jurisdiction and literature have been integrated to the current status as at 2003.
